ARS has created a structure to safely handle additional cargo loads for your Jeep. Our rack systems are built on a unique floating foundation that separates and distributes weight to the cab and to the bed maximizing structure and support. Utilizing a matrix of 3/16" steel pier-plates, base anchor footings, and 2" diameter steel columns, our system interconnects a framework that allow for "seismic" forces to be handled readily with its unique mechanical advantages.
ARS is the only rack that features a "load bearing" front hoop without the need for additional support; this strength is the bedrock that allows our rack systems to withstand fore and aft thrust, side load forces, and prevents horizontal racking (the twisting/flexing out of a rigid or supportive state). The front hoop columns are attached with 3/16" steel pier-plates that connect to 16 strong mounting points along with 2 additional fasteners at the front assembly of the Jeep body, then the pier plates are discretely covered with the factory cowl for a clean OE look.
The rear hoop columns are attached with our 3/16" steel base anchors and flexural footings, that create an understructure connecting the bed of the Jeep to the hoop for the strongest attachment point. The flexural footings coupled to our 2” OD steel support columns through 2-part urethane bushings, providing flexural rigidity between the bed and cab mounts that allow the front and rear foundations to work in unison to support the cargo structure.
Roof trusses are made from strong 2” OD steel tube and are attached with CNC billet clamps to the fore and aft hoop columns. The roof trusses have been engineered with forward slopes to reduce outward forces on the cab mounted hoop columns; the rear facing billet clamps attach directly to the bed mounted rear hoop columns, where any thrust forces are dealt with utilizing our base anchored/flexural footings.
The roof trusses are positioned low, as bowing is not an issue with the colossal strength, ensuring the lowest center of gravity possible when at capacity.
The addition of the Mod-Rak Stealth aluminum cargo platforms provide a sturdy location to strap containers and gear onto and ensure your items stay in place, while keeping your truck bed free.
Note: Adding racks and/or accessories to the exterior of your vehicle may increase wind noise especially on models with soft-tops, sky-tops, etc.

THE TECH
Rocklander Front Hoop

Integrated Weld-On Handles
The Rocklander Front Hoop has welded-on 1" x .120 wall steel tube handles that let you get up and into your Jeep and also provide easy access to the optional Kat Walk accessory or roof rack.
Steel Pier Plates
The Front Hoop Columns are attached with 3/16" Steel Pier-Plates that connect to 16 strong mounting points along with 2 additional fasteners at the front assembly of the Jeep body, then the pier plates are discretely covered with the factory cowl for a clean OE look.
Rear OverCab Hoop
The rear hoop is made of strong 2" x .120 wall steel tube and mounts directly to the frame while adding protection for the rear corners of the Jeep JT Gladiator. The rear hoop is black powdercoated to protect the hoop from the elements and does not require any drilling or body modifications.
Noise Vibration Dampening Bushings
The Flexural Footings coupled to our 2”OD steel support columns through 2-part Urethane bushings, providing flexural rigidity between the frame and body mounts that allow the front and rear foundations to work in unison to support the cargo structure.
Rocklander Roof Trusses
The Jeep Gladiator Roof Trusses are a critical part of the ARS cargo system. The roof trusses are made solid with 2"OD steel tubing that connect with the front and rear hoop columns, and create the most stable cargo management system available. ARS Roof Trusses are finished in a durable black texture powder coat that protect against the elements and to keep them looking good.

CNC Billet Clamps
The strong 2” OD steel tube Roof trusses are complimented with huge CNC steel billet clamps that attach firmly with a combined clamping force of over 3,200lbs to the front and Rear hoop columns.
Low Profile Design
The roof trusses are positioned low, as bowing is not an issue with the colossal strength, ensuring the lowest center of gravity possible when at capacity.

Optional Front Hoop Kat Walk
The JT Gladiator Jeep Kat Walk is a non-slip step platform that provides easy access to the top of the Jeep. The ARS Kat Walk is a bolt-on accessory that spans the windshield/hood area of JK that attaches to front hoop and is rated for 300lbs.
