Metalcloak is continuing all operations essential to servicing our customer's automotive needs, however we are operating on a skeleton crew due to the restrictions in our County.

Because of this ongoing situation, we are experiencing delays in shipping of up to 3-4 weeks beyond normal Estimated Ship Times.

Here is our current estimation of shipping times:

• Suspension Systems - Current Estimated Shipping Time is 1-2 Weeks after order is placed.
• Suspension Components - Current Estimated Shipping Time is 1-2 Weeks after order is placed.
• Raw Body Armor (Fenders / Rockers) - Current Estimated Shipping Time is 2-3 Weeks after order is placed.
• Powder Coated Armor (Fenders / Rockers) - Current Estimated Shipping Time is 4-5 Weeks after order is placed.
• Small Body Armor Components - Current Estimated Shipping Time is 1-2 Weeks after order is placed.
• Undercloak Skid Systems - Current Estimated Shipping Time is 1-2 Weeks after order is placed.
• Bumper Components and Systems - Current Estimated Shipping Time is 3-4 Weeks after order is placed.
• Adventure Rack Systems - Current Estimated Shipping Time is 2-3 Weeks after order is placed.

Hours and Safety

We will maintain regular hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific, Monday - Friday, until further notice.

In addition, we are taking these additional precautions for our team and our customers:

• Metalcloak is following all CDC Guidelines for slowing the spread of the Virus.
  • Hand Sanitizer Readily available throughout the building
  • Regular surface sanitizing
  • Social Distancing education and notifications
  • Educating team members on standards for preventing the spread
• Actively monitoring the situation to be responsive with changes as needed.
• Completing essential operations with a skeleton crew by
  • Having all essential and non-essential team members work remotely, if their position allows it.
  • Giving all other team members the option to "shelter in place" if desired.

Current inventory levels are strong and we will endeavor to overcome any challenges with future supply chains as permitted.
